Personal Assistant (PA) Ticket Information

If you have a disability or additional access needs that require a Personal Assistant (PA) to accompany you to Big Love Festival, you may be eligible for a free PA ticket.

If you have not yet purchased your festival ticket

Please purchase your ticket through the main booking form.

Near the bottom of the first page, you will see the option to add a free Personal Assistant ticket. You will be asked to upload proof of eligibility during this process.

If you have already purchased your festival ticket

If you already have your own ticket, please complete the form below to request your Personal Assistant ticket.

Proof of Eligibility

We accept a photo or scanned copy of one of the following:

• Front page of DLA or PIP award letter

• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter

• Evidence of being registered severely sight impaired

• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

• CredAbility Access Card

• Another official document confirming disability or access requirements

Your PA/Carer ticket will normally be emailed to you within 7 days of approval.
